We monitor Bespoke Met Office weather forecasts for the whole country on a regional basis from our head office in Lisburn, and our teams leap into action as soon as the conditions dictate. Every one of our fleet of vehicles is fitted with GPRS Tracker units, enabling us to accurately monitor their position, so ensuring a seamless service.

Everything You Need

Snow Clearance

The Gritting Company can also supply you with bulk and pre-packed Rock Salt - from 25Kg bags to 1 tonne bags - we deliver. We can also supply top quality Grit Bins for both Private and Public locations. Made from impact and UV resistent MDPE, our high visibility Yellow Grit Bins are completely weather resistent and will arrive fully assembled and ready for use.

Salting & Concrete

Rock Salt can be damaging to concrete driveways, walkways and patios of the concrete installation was not originally done correctly. Concrete's compressive strength, air entrainment, placement and finishing are all important to concrete's ability to resist freeze / thaw cycles and salt. We leave the decision of salting concrete service yards at the client's discretion. Lough Services Ltd will not take responsiblity for salt damage to any concrete surfaces.
